LEGAL BACKGROUND

Justin Constant is a patent trial lawyer and partner of Blue Peak Law Group. Mr. Constant has been a patent trial lawyer for over a decade, and has been counsel for some of the largest and most sophisticated technology companies in the world in high-stakes patent litigation throughout the United States and in validity proceedings in the United States Patent Office. Before founding Blue Peak Law Group, Mr. Constant was counsel at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Constant is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent Office and has been counsel in numerous inter partes review and ex parte reexamination proceedings.
