LEGAL BACKGROUND

Heng Gong is a trial lawyer who specializes in patent and intellectual property disputes. His litigation practice spans a wide range of technologies, and he has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in District Courts, PTAB, and International Trade Commission. 


Heng is a native speaker of Chinese mandarin and has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border intellectual property disputes, particularly those involving parties based in Asia. He has represented major Asia-based technology companies such as Samsung, Hisense, Huawei, and SK Innovation.


Heng received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Heng received a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University. Before joining Blue Peak, Heng was a special counsel at Covington & Burling LLP.
