LEGAL BACKGROUND
Ameet Modi is a trial lawyer and partner at Blue Peak Law Group with nearly two decades of experience in complex technology-related disputes. He has led teams through all phases of litigation in federal courts nationwide, covering pre-suit strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Mr. Modi has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries, including computer and mobile-device hardware and software, telecommunications, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
Prior to joining Blue Peak Law Group, Mr. Modi was a partner at Desmarais LLP, where he was part of the initial team at the firm’s founding in 2010. He began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York.
